THE DECODERS FEAT. MARA HRUBY AND VAN HUNT - RESPECT

Wassup folks!! We are so exciting for the fresh out the box single by The Decoders.  The supa-busy  Los Angeles collective of producers/musicians recently collaborated with Anthony Valadez for his last studio album , In Search Of , and released on February the Minnie Riperton’s cover Adventures In Paradise performed by Alice Russell.

Today Todd M. Simon, Itai Shapira and Adam Berg dropped a new single titled Respect that will be included on their upcoming album. We are in front of an immeasurable masterpiece that resumes a 1965 classic soul record produced by Steve Cropper and performed by legend Otis Redding. Two years after, Aretha Franklin released her soul/funky epic cover !

Following in the footstep of the 1969 version released by Chicago psychedelic soul/jazz fusion band Rotary Connection featuring Minnie Riperton, The Decoders recruited two prominent artists from the black music scene: folk/soul singer Mara Hruby that recently launched her sophomore and acclaimed EP called Archaic Rapture and renowned and eclectic singer/musician Van Hunt.

Great quality for a soul piece that oozes a waterfall of sensuality and intimate soulful vibrations.
