A sumptuous combo of smooth-jazz and nu-soul imbue the must have single by one of the most talented voice of the neo-soul current scene: Jarrard Anthony. The multifaceted artist from Richmond released in 2009 the excellent full-length album titled Decade Of Dreams from which we chose The Dream, that sounds like a sparkling neo-soul classic just like Brown Sugar by D’Angelo, Golden by Jill Scott or other milestones!!!! Jarrard breathtaking voice together with an alluring instrumental gave to the world a real rarity!!!

In 2010 Swedish-Japanese lead singer of avant-garde electronic band Little Dragon, Yukimi Nagano teamed up with New York based Gerard Young aka Ge-Ology (a well-known producer that during his career produced success for Black Star,Apani B-Fly,Mos Def,Lone Catalysts,De La Soul)  to release a single titled Blues Alley for da soundtrack of The Kids Are All Right,a comedy-drama film directed by Lisa Cholodenko.  Gotdamn , this is class!!!
