In a time where artists try to expand their creativity through musical experimentation , it’s not rare to stumble upon interesting groups that step into the limelight changing the rules of the game!

Recently the international music scene offered us great sonic experiences thanks groups such as :Quadron,Electric Wire HustleHiatus Kaiyote,Inigo,Mad Satta,Nothoya,Woo Park,Joomanji and Moonchild.

Blurring the boundaries of jazz, soul and even hip-hop these groups created a new way to approach music , that you can identify as future soul!

Sidney based ensemble Levingstone engaged our interest with their refined music.

Composed by  drummer Ryan Mooney, keyboardist Chris Dutton, bassist Dominic Cabusi, guitarist Jesse Johnston and the great voice of Sammii Su, each member is in to really different music but draws inspiration from experimental jazz group Snarky Puppy, Robert Glasper Experiment, Radiohead and Hiatus Kaiyote.

Levingstone are currently working on their forthcoming EP , scheduled for release early this year.

In the meantime , we highly recommend to listen closely the superb jam called Roadside.

Damn, we love the groove, we love the jazzy touch,we love the smooth vibe and we love Sammii Su soothing vocal prowess.
