IMAN EUROPE AND MUNDU – WILHELM SCREAM (RE-WORK BY R-KAY)
New York native singer/rapper/songwriter Iman Europe delights our ears with a superb and mellow joint.
After collaborating with artists such as Soulection beatmaker StarRo and Zikomo (check out Kneva Know ), she dropped the EP Caterpillar (the first half of a two-part series) a concept project focused on struggle and hard part of life as a reflection of her personal experiences.
Well this time , she invites the audience to experience her revisitation of a song performed by one the most esteemed experimental, electronic, downtempo singer/producer James Blake, titled The Wilhelm Scream from his self-titled project.
In order to record the compelling re-work , Iman recruits South London alternative r&b singer/songwriter Mundu , an interesting artist inspired by Pink Floyd, Kanye West and OutKast and almost ready to spread his wings with his debut EP entitled ‘Qrush’ scheduled for October.
The perfect connection between their soothing vocal prowess and the irresistible, silky, smooth and jazzy production handled by OrphGang (check out some members such as Tinyman and Christopher Blacc ) affiliate R-Kay gives us a great special joint!!!
