ELECTRO DELUXE - DEVIL (SOUL SQUARE REMIX)

During our research of good music to share with our scratchers all around the world to satisfy a wide array of palates, recently we stumbled upon an interesting track performed by a very, very.very impressive band: Electro Deluxe.

We are talking about a french band composed by Thomas Faure (saxophone), Jereme Coke (bass), Gael Cadoux(keyboards), Arnaud Renaville (drums), Thomas Mayade (trumpet) and James Copely as singer. They make jazz music with an original and experimental approach that combine together funk, soul with some electro hip hop loops and sample used in a thoughtful way that enrich the essence of their craft. The technical level of their music is very high and remind us the music spread by other experimental jazz bands like Snarky Puppy,Charlie Hunter Quartet,DJ Cam Quartet.

Last year Electro Deluxe released their fourth studio album titled Home ,launched by the lead single Devil. This evening we recommend you the supa-dupa-fonky-jazzy-hop version of Devil remixed by french jazz-hop producers Soul Square, a Nantes talented collective composed by DJ Atom, PermOne, Arshitect & Guan Jay.
